Cancellation Policy

Customers have the flexibility to cancel their order at any time prior to its dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is not possible. However, customers may opt to refuse the delivery upon its arrival at their doorstep.

Cancellation timelines are category-dependent, meaning they vary for different types of orders. Once the specified timeframe for cancellation has elapsed, orders cannot be cancelled.

In certain instances, customers may incur a cancellation fee if they attempt to cancel an order after the specified time window has passed. The time frame for cancellation, as indicated on the product page or order confirmation page, will be deemed definitive.

Should the vendor cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued for prepaid orders.

Kharidee retains the authority to approve the cancellation of any order and also holds the right to adjust or waive the specified time frame or cancellation fee as deemed necessary.

Returns Policy

The returns process is managed by each vendor individually as per this policy. Vendors may offer options like exchange, replacement, or refund based on their discretion. Please note that not all products within a specific category will adhere to the same returns policy. The returns or replacement policy stated on the product page will be applicable for each item. We advise you to review the relevant return or replacement policy on the product page for each item.


If the vendor cannot facilitate a replacement for any reason, a refund will be provided in certain circumstances.

If a product accessory is discovered to be missing, damaged, or defective, the vendor may choose to either provide a replacement for the specific accessory or offer a coupon or voucher equal to the accessory’s price, depending on the vender’s discretion.

Kharidee reserves the authority to limit the number of return requests permitted per order item, following an assessment of the product or order defect conducted by Kharidee’s authorized representative.

10 Days Policy

Validity: 10 days from delivery   

Covers: All Return Reasons         

Types Accepted: Refund / Replacement If you encounter any issues with your product, you can request a refund or replacement within 10 days of receiving it.          

For a successful pick-up of the product, ensure the following conditions are met:            

The product is correct and complete (including the original brand, article number, attached MRP tag, original packaging, freebies, and accessories).         

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition without anystains, scratches, tears, or holes.

7 Days return Policy

Validity: 7 days from delivery     

Covers: Damaged, Defective, Item not as described       

Type Accepted: Replacement     If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly described product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery through the Website/Mobile site.

For a successful return, ensure the product is correct and complete with original packaging, tags, and accessories.Unused, undamaged, and free from scratches or dents.
