Shipping Fee Overview

The shipping fee for your orders is determined by either the actual weight of the product or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher. We believe in offering a fair and accurate representation of shipping costs, considering the characteristics of the products being shipped.

Volumetric weight takes into account the space occupied by items that may be lightweight but utilize a significant amount of shipping space due to their dimensions. Volumetric Weight Calculation Formula

Volumetric Weight (kg)= Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x Height (cm)/5000

Collection Fee Overview

1.Prepaid Orders:

Payment Methods: UPI, Net-banking, etc.
Collection Fee: Charged to cover the payment gateway associated with the transaction.
Calculation Basis: The collection fee is calculated based on the final selling price of the product.

2.Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Payment Method: Cash payment upon delivery.
Collection Fee: Charged to facilitate the cash collection service.
Calculation Basis: Similar to prepaid orders, the collection fee is based on the final selling price of the product.
